- How do I redeem my Spa Gift Voucher?
- This can be done online through Redeem a Spa Gift or by calling our team of booking specialists on 0844 745 5009.
- What should I wear?
- Most Spas' recommend wearing something loose and comfortable. Take your swimwear for the pool etc. Robes and Slippers are usually provided for wearing in the Spa area.
- How far in advance should I book?
- Our Spa Packages are very popular and therefore we would always recommend that you book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. Because of the excellent relationship that we have built up with our Spa's we can sometimes make bookings with as little notice as one week but this cannot be guaranteed.
- Is there a minimum age?
- Spa Packages/Gifts, which include treatments, have a minimum age of 16. Please note that many Hotel Spa's are open to hotel residents, both young and old, and therefore may have children using the facilities on the same day as you. If you are looking for a Spa which is specifically for guests who 16 years or older, please speak to a member of our team who will be happy to advise you of your options.
- Can and do Men take part in Rest & Relax packages?
- Of course – everyone needs to take a break and relax sometimes! Many of our Spa's have packages &treatments specifically tailored for men. Please browse spas in you area for more information or call our team on 0844 745 5009.
